Casting Solution
25 Sand-Casting furnace are engaged for Brass casting and more
than 30 persons are engaged in the job.
Filling Section
In our well equipped filling section 20 workers are
engaged. Filling of the items is done with the help of manual
labour and belt grinders.
Machinery Section
Running well equipped work-shop with Lathe Machines,
Capstanlathes. Grinders, Milling Machines, Power-drills, Hand
drills, Power presses, Hand presses, and other related
machinery.
Polishing Section
25 Motorized polishers are engaged in the polishing of
items.
Cleaning Section
Before undertaking Lacquering Process, cleaning of the items
is done with the help of a chemical.
Lacquering Plants
One Electrophoreses plant and three Lacquering plants are
available for Lacquering of the items in our Work Shop. Duro
coat / Berlac materials are used in the Lacquering process to
ascertain the best quality of Lacquer and excellent adhesion.
Checking Section
Our Quality Control staff checks every items in accordance
with the original specification before undertaking the
Lacquering Process.
Power Supplies
Three diesel Generating Sets having total capacity of 250 KVA
are installed to ensure constant production in the event of
Power failure.
Quality Control
Every process of manufacturing is under the supervision of
qualified engineers and technicians to ensure strict quality
control at every step of manufacturing.
Packing Mod
Initially every time would be wrapped crafts paper and then
finally in poly bags to prevent atmospheric deterioration
corrugated boxes as per buyers requirement are uses for box
packing and finally in heavy corrugated sheet cartons or in
wooden cases.
Dies And Patterns Section
Our Die & Pattern section provide the best arrangements for
the development of new items under the supervision of
qualified pattern makers & Die makers. Minimum 20 days time
required for the development of new items as per
specifications of sample of the buyers in our range of Brass
Builders Hardware fittings and other engineering products.
Inspections of Items
As per condition of Government of India for the export of
Brass Hinges, Brass Holdback, curtain Accessories etc.. We
arrange pre-shipment inspection of relative consignment
through Export Inspection council, New Delhi affiliated with
Ministry of Commerce of Government of India.
Special Feature
Recently installed gravity die casting, Special Arrangement
for skin packing and wrapping of the items. Once again I would
